Happenings
I am a dancer at Extreme Ballroom Dance Academy. I belong to the Blue Team (Above White, and below Gold). Recently, we have been informed that we are invited to go to China to preform in a musical theater production. I am exited, and so is the rest of my team. That is all. I am done.

Goblin Deck
I came to realize what noobs we were when the goblins were the MVP. There are so many cards that could make the original deck look like a child's play thing. I have determined that Goblins is my Mono Red Deck.
Mono Black Deck
I've decided to make a Mono colored deck of each color. Black will be themed around one card and two abilities. The abilities are exploit and mill (targeting self) as well as some exiling graveyards, but that's besides the point. Here is the card: All Hallow's Eve. I can't wait to see the looks on my friends faces when they see all my creatures reemerge from the grave.
Allies Deck
I had a great idea for a MTG deck. It is flash allies. It is based around cards that allow me to play allies as though they had flash. Allies have an ability called rally that activates every time another ally enters the battlefield. This way, you can surprise your enemy with a flash and activation of ally abilities. It is basically an ambush form of slivers, only cheaper and smaller with bigger effects.
Snake Deck
My snake deck is awesome. Today I write this because it is the anniversary of it's creation. Snakes is so awesome and precious to me, that I will not include the contents in full. I will simply state that my snake deck has been the steady victor for as long as the Zombie Betrayer deck has been gone.
Snakes primarily consists of cheep snakes that have deathtouch. I am therefore protected from all others because It really sucks for a six mana costing beast be wiped out by a one mana costing serpent. This also applies to when I attack. No one wants to save a single live point by having their incredible beast destroyed. However, snakes is in no way defensive.
With the addition of three cards, snakes becomes an enraged beast. With deathtouch in place, the natural thing to do is to apply trample. The rules of trample state that once lethal damage is assigned, carry the damage on to the next blocker, or to the player themselves. Deathtouch simply says, all those lethal damages are one. But this is not enough. As I said before, no one wants their beast destroyed by some stupid snake. This is where the backbone card of my snake deck comes in. It is Revenge of the Hunted. This single card has saved me in so many hopeless situations, it isn't even funny. Well, maybe a little. I love to gasp when I draw it, then slowly tap for one green mana, ever watching the blood drain from the faces of my adversaries. The next thing to happen is all creatures block my now immense snake and are destroyed instantly. Damage is assigned to the player, and all of my other little snakes can attack without any thought of being stomped out, or fear of being tapped out.

All About Magic (according to me)
Being almost a year since I first played Magic the Gathering, I felt like I should do something to recognize this happy occasion.
First off, I must say, that I suck at Magic, except for the parts about "believe in the cards, Yugi." I love the great times spent trying to amass the greatest monsters imaginable, then the most, then the best combos.
When we started playing, a 4/4 was one of the biggest creatures we'd ever seen. Next to the 8/8 indestructible beast that was the Platinum Emperion with Indestructibility. However, eight mana was a lot to ask, and both cards needed to be drawn.
As time went on, 3/3s and 4/4s became more common. Soon we had 5/5s and burn no longer could reasonably keep up with the giant creatures. This was when we changed the way we played Magic.
Suddenly, two types of decks were built. Flying and Hoard. Flying took the idea of, I can hit you, and you can't hit me, while hoard took on something different. It doesn't matter how big a creature is if it has to block a small one, and it does not matter how big it is if it can only block one. This way, everything was simply overran by creatures. It was hard to keep up with all of them, and ultimately, hoard won.
During the terror of hoard, we found that there was another way to kill a player. Infect. Infect weakens things to dust. Rather than needing to score twenty or more points of damage, only 10 were needed. This began to work with a steadiness that turned as many defeats into victories for flying.
With threats from the sky, a reach deck was built. It was able to stop the flyers as well as score points in to kill, but this was not the only change made. With hoards new challenge of flying infect, burn began to appear once again. But it came back with a nasty twist. Charbelcher was the new card to beat life out of the rest of us. With five land in the 60 card deck, it was a time bomb waiting to go off. We all prayed it was not us to be the ones destroyed by the nasty spell.
This new heavy damaging beast did not last long. With the occasional appearances of goblin hoards and lightning strikes, a new deck was forged. It was the Zombie Betrayer deck. With an Army Of The Dammed and It That Betrays, the largest and most creatures combined to an unbeatable army.
It seemed all hope was lost to us, when I found an effect that could wipe out any thing in its way. That affect was deathtouch. I found as many creatures as I could, combining them together and creating a deck of malice. While conceiving this idea, I found a type of creature that was most in this category. Snakes had everything I needed to defeat this army. I could kill the thing making more, and kill the things attacking. It is then that I found My Deck.
This is the end of this chapter of Magic, as our meetings were ceased. Ultimately, though rough it was, Snakes had stopped Zombie Betrayer and the seeds of magic were then implanted in me.
